About Attorney VERONICA Campos
Attorney Campos, always welcoming a challenge, enlisted in the military at the age of 17. She served with the 633rd Personnel Detachment from 1995 through 1999. Ms. Campos completed her service with the 1st Battalion 131st Infantry, 38th Infantry Detachment (ROC) under commander, Lieutenant Colonel Pritzker.
Attorney Campos has also owned and operated a successfull online children's boutique. Her business grew and thrived until she closed down shop to focus on the journey that would be law school.
During her time at the John Marshall Law School she completed a one-year internship with The John Marshall Fair Housing Legal Clinic. She was also vice president, then president, of president of the Fair Housing Law Association. Through this role, she coordinated various community outreach programs in the Latin American community.
In 2005 when her employer decided they would only pay 4 weeks of a 12-week maternity leave, Attorney. Campos did what determined, outside-the-box thinking, new mother would do--she opened an online resale boutique. Her business took off and thrived until she closed down shop to focus on the journey that would be law school.
Through her firm, Attorney Campos gives back to the community by conducting outreach workshops on the topics of Family Law and Real Estate matters. In the past, Attorney Campos also conducted community outreach workshops in the areas of fair housing, immigration, and bankruptcy. In addition, Legal Advocate Solutions provides pro-bono services for certain clients that could not otherwise have justice served.
As a first generation Mexican-American, Attorney Campos understands the struggle of the undocumented community and immigrant community. For this reason, Legal Advocate Solutions is committed to offering scholarships to first-generation and children of first generation, Latin American immigrants.
Attorney. Campos is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois.
